Broken Ground Farm

Today was a full day. We had a birthday party. We picked up friends, cake, and ice. Then we headed to the park.

The park party was a lot of fun. We ended up being an hour early for the party we were throwing, but it was alright. Friends and sunshine are good for us.

Happy Boy had a very uncoordinated party this year. It included Avengers, dinos, and Hot Wheels. He was happy though. We played at the park for hours and busted a pinata.

When the party ended we came back home and played with friends here. When parents came to pick up the friends we were able to catch up with them some and show them the pigs. It was good to see them.

Some of Lovey Boy’s farm gear came in today.

So handsome. He liked the overalls, but said they were hot. They will keep mud off his clothes though.

We had a full day again. We didn’t get to spend as much time outdoors on the homestead, but all the animals were cared for and doing well.

It is late and I am tired. Bed it is. Looking forward to a good day tomorrow. Spend some time with my family, church family, and homestead.
